One trusted relationship
One simple premise
Andy and Brian built Walla Walla Wealth Advisors on a simple premise: clients deserve clarity, confidence, and one trusted relationship that connects tax and wealth.

I co-founded Walla Walla Wealth Advisors with a straightforward belief: people make better financial decisions when tax planning and investment management happen in the same conversation. After nearly 20 years in financial services, including leading financial planning and innovation at Baker Boyer Bank, it became clear that people make better decisions when those conversations happen under one roof. So, I set out to build a firm where that alignment isn’t an afterthought — it’s built in from day one.
My work centers on helping clients simplify complexity, avoid unnecessary tax surprises, and stay focused on the goals that truly matter. I enjoy the collaborative nature of this work — digging into big financial questions, building a plan with clarity, and making space for clients to feel confident in each decision.
Outside of work, I’m an avid pickleball player and a devoted husband and father. I spend as much time as I can with my family — whether we’re camping, cheering at my kids’ sporting events, or enjoying the everyday moments that don’t show up on a schedule.

As managing partner of affiliated tax firm Block Maughan & Associates, I’ve spent my career helping people understand the story their finances are telling — especially through the tax lens. Before starting Walla Walla Wealth Advisors with Brian, I built a practice focused on providing clear, proactive tax guidance for individuals, families, and business owners across the region. What I consistently saw was a gap: clients needed advice that connected tax with long-term planning, not in isolation.
That’s what led us to build this firm. We wanted to create a place where clients get coordinated guidance that’s rooted in tax strategy and carried through into investment decisions and long-term planning. My role is to bring structure and foresight to each relationship so clients can make decisions with less stress and more confidence.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me with my family, enjoying the pace of life in Walla Walla, or planning our next beach getaway.
